Technical Director – Transport Planning Location: London / Leeds / Bristol Your new role will involve leading transport planning projects across the UK, building a high‑performing team and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver transport planning services, including development planning, active travel, business case development, and public transport planning. Build and nurture client relationships, securing win work and generating repeat business. Lead the future direction of the transport planning division, articulating vision, commercial goals and strategy. Support team growth by identifying and attracting specialist talent.

Qualifications & Experience

Mid–Senior level with a strong track record of winning work in a consultancy environment. Specialist skills across transport planning disciplines: development planning, active travel, business case development, public transport planning. Experience in managing teams and leading high‑performing project delivery. Ability to outline vision, commercial aspirations and strategy for market growth.
