Working across a large estate which provides accommodation for students, The Technical Manager will join the team who are responsible for ensuring all buildings have long term Asset and Lifecycle programmes in place, ensuring compliance and collaborating with the Operations teams in each city. About the role: The Technical Manager will provide strategic direction for the business in regards to rectification of non-reactive, technical planned project works, strategic alignment of PPM services and the ownership of large scale latent defects across the portfolio. The role will also include ownership and project management of key capital projects, along with refurbishment and repair schemes, providing leadership and direction in the delivery of total FM.
