If youre a Technical Manager who thrives on owning standards, leading audits and driving factory excellence, this is your opportunity to take full site responsibility.
This role has full accountability for the main site and IQF frozen food line, ensuring compliance, performance and continuous improvement across the Quality Management System and HACCP plan
This is a visible leadership role. Youll be on the factory floor, in front of customers and auditors, and working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering and Hygiene to keep standards uncompromising.
