What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for ensuring technical standards are maintained across site and supplier networks, including customer-facing activity: Maintain, uphold, and ensure adherence to HACCP, Business Management and Food Safety Systems on site. Be the key contact for BRC and customer audits , ensuring an audit-ready culture. Build and sustain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Develop corrective and preventative actions following internal and third-party audits. Lead and support the QA team to carry out scheduled routines, manage staffing levels and reduce absenteeism.
