Technical Services Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Officer to join a growing technical team within a food manufacturing business.

You’ll work closely with the Technical Services Manager, supporting technical systems, documentation and audit compliance across the site.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing supplier and raw material approvals
• Maintaining specifications across third-party systems
• Supporting document control and audit preparation
• Managing consumer complaints and reporting trends
• Maintaining testing schedules and technical databases
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams

About you:

• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong understanding of food safety legislation
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
