About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Onboarding Project Manager to join our dynamic Operations Team, playing a key role in transitioning customers onto the Ticketsolve platform seamlessly.
This role ensures a smooth customer transition onto Ticketsolve by managing data migration, training, and process integration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.Work closely with Support, Product, and Customer Success Teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance customer experience, ensuring project timelines are met and customers feel fully supported as they adopt Ticketsolve.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data handling, data migration, and project management. The position requires strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data migration alongside the Data and Onboardings Manager, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless system integration.
- Work with large datasets, managing imports and validating data integrity.
- Manage onboarding projects, maintaining clear communication across stakeholders, organising meetings, assigning tasks, and setting expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure a successful go-live process.
- Act as the main point of contact for onboarding clients, guiding them from initiation to completion and transition to Customer Success & Support teams.
- Deliver engaging onsite and virtual training sessions to ensure customers fully understand and can maximize the system’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with web developers and third parties to integrate Ticketsolve with existing systems and processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical or data-related challenges during onboarding.
- Provide regular project updates to the Operations team and Onboardings & Data Migration Manager.
About You
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in data migration and handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables, data manipulation) and Access.
- Proven project management and/or client onboarding experience, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service.
- Comfortable delivering training sessions to groups both online and in person.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while contributing to a busy team environment.
- UK-based and available to travel for meetings and training as needed.
- Experience with SQL for data queries and validation.
- Previous experience with ticketing, EPOS, or CRM systems.
- A passion for the arts and theatre industry.
- A UK driving licence and access to a car.
