Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production lines in a factory site Process and Packaging environment. Their job combines machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and process improvement to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing. Your Role - Technical Production Operator - Dat Shifts As a Technical Operator / Production Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities include Maintain, operate, and improve manufacturing processes Carrying out machine changeovers and tooling adjustments Driving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production performance Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement Operating Machinery that process, convert and make materials Running automated or semi-automated machines Adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality Monitoring performance to ensure smooth operation Diagnosing and fixing minor mechanical or technical faults Reporting more complex issues to the engineering team Line Changeovers & Setup Ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency Checking finished products for defects Ensuring all processes meet health, safety, and quality standards Recording data on performance and quality.
