With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on meaningful architecture that enhances communities, the practice offers a supportive environment for professional growth and innovation.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the design and technical delivery of faade remedial projects, with input on wider new build schemes as requiredOversee detailed design and construction packages from concept through to completionCoordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; lead meetings and workshopsApply in-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, ensuring compliance across all project stagesAssist with duties as Building Regulations Principal Designer on selected projectsMentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharingRequired Skills & ExperienceARB-registered Architect with 5-10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5 years post-Part 3)Proven experience in technical design and delivery of UK construction projects, particularly faade remediationStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM dutiesExperience acting as or supporting a Principal Designer is highly desirableExcellent detailing skills for retrofit and remedial worksProficiency in Revit is a must haveStrong communication, organisation and project management skillsWhat you get back£50,000-£65,000A friendly, supportive and collaborative studio cultureOngoing CPD and professional developmentFlexible hours with remote working optionsA chance to grow with a studio that values design quality, technical excellence, and social responsibilityApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
