Technical Project Manager (Must have MSP experience) Salary up to £60,000 – 3 days hybrid in West London

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a high-growth Managed Service Provider delivering complex IT, cloud, and infrastructure projects for UK and global clients.

Reporting into the Head of Professional Services, this role sits at the heart of project delivery owning governance, scope, quality, and stakeholder management across multiple concurrent projects.

What you’ll be doing

Leading end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and architectural projects

Owning project governance, scope control, budgets, and delivery quality

Coordinating Project Engineers and third-party suppliers

Building and maintaining project plans, milestones, risk registers, and issue logs

Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations

Ensuring smooth handover into Service Desk with full technical documentation

Supporting technical review of project proposals (solution, effort, costing)

Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and framework updates

What we’re looking for

Proven Technical Project Management experience within an MSP environment

Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise IT delivery

Confident managing multiple projects and engineering resources

Excellent communication skills comfortable with both technical teams and senior stakeholders

Highly organised, delivery-focused, and detail-oriented

Able to balance technical, commercial, and client priorities
