Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects—defining scope, structuring work, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth executionWork closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and navigate trade-offsPartner confidently with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clear and decisions are well informedLaunch and scale organisation-wide initiatives such as KPI frameworks, onboarding improvements, and operational efficiency programsUse data-driven insights to prioritise work and highlight risks, dependencies, and opportunitiesStrengthen transparency with clear reporting, dashboards, delivery updates, and roadmapsIdentify operational bottlenecks and deliver sustainable improvementsExplore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern tooling to accelerate delivery and improve internal workflows Required Qualifications 5+ years delivering cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced environmentsStrong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teamsComfortable engaging with senior leadership (VP, Director, C-suite) and influencing decisions without authorityExperience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Data teamsFamiliarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and an understanding of modern data toolingKeen interest in using AI and automation to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiencesSkilled at managing change and providing structure in ambiguous situationsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilityBonus: hands‑on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau Why work at Stats Perform?
