We’re looking for a driven and technically astute Programme Manager to spearhead a high-impact End User Computing (EUC) Modernisation Programme — transforming our legacy on-prem Citrix VDI into a next-generation Desktop-as-a-Service environment powered by Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Dev Box.

You’ll lead from the front, ensuring our EUC strategy is fit for purpose, cost-efficient, future-proof — and delivers measurable business value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the EUC Modernisation Programme from strategy through to benefits realisation.
• Driving the migration from Citrix VDI to W365 / AVD / Dev Box.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders, technical experts, and vendors to deliver a seamless transformation.
• Owning requirement gathering, benefit tracking, and Proof of Concept activities.
• Managing complex technical resource scheduling and ensuring delivery pace in a fast-moving environment.
• Overseeing budgets, governance, risk, and reporting — with an eye for future-proof solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven success delivering enterprise EUC transformations, ideally in regulated sectors.
• Hands-on migration experience from on-prem Citrix VDI to cloud-hosted DaaS solutions.
• Strong BA capabilities — able to capture detailed requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• PoC delivery expertise and technical validation skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills, vendor management, and stakeholder influence.
• Confidence navigating high-change environments with speed and precision.
