As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting customers with solution design, and driving projects through to successful completion. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and operational teams to ensure technically robust and commercially viable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of products, systems, and technical capabilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
Act as a technical advisor, translating customer requirements into tailored solutions
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tenders
Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Support project handover and ongoing client engagement where required
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
Candidate Profile
Essential: Proven experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or solutions-based B2B roles
Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical systems
Experience managing the full sales cycle
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Highly organised and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
Desirable: Exposure to renewable energy, electrical systems, battery storage, marine, or industrial markets
Experience within energy, infrastructure, or engineering-led environments
