Were recruiting for a field-based Technical Sales Specialist to cover the North of England and Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded sales person who enjoys being out with customers, developing new business, and managing their own territory.
Youll be selling a specialist technical fluid product into sectors including HVAC, refrigeration, process cooling, industrial heating and renewable technologies. Full product training will be provided.
The Role
Field-based technical sales position (Remote)
Covering the North of England & Scotland
8 0% new business / 20% existing accounts
Visiting customer sites and building long-term relationships
Selling into engineering, site teams and procurement
Managing your own territory and diary
Providing a consultative, solution-led sales approach
Negotiating pricing and commercial terms
Using CRM to track activity and pipeline
Working closely with technical and internal teams
What Were Looking For
Experience in technical sales, field sales, or engineering-based sales
Comfortable selling into industrial or technical environments
Strong new business and relationship-building skills
Confident communicating with engineers and technical buyers
Organised, self-motivated and commercially aware
Full UK driving licence is essential
Willingness to travel across the North & Scotland
Industry experience is helpful but not essential
full technical training is provided.
Package
Base salary: £30,000
£35,000 (flexible for the right person)
Car allowance
OTE circa £60,000
Uncapped commission structure
