Responsibilities
Generate leads, opportunities, and close sales with new and existing accounts throughout the UK to meet sales targets for Narrow Web Customers.
Establish, develop and manage first‑class sustainable technical and commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customers, and assume account management responsibilities for agreed accounts.
Provide technical service support to ensure a superior customer experience.
Work with the Commercial Director and Technical Manager to ensure the products proposed meet the needs and demands of the customer base.
Qualifications
Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and/or printing (Flexographic, Offset, Screen or Gravure).
Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
Proven track record for succeeding with new business growth.
Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools.
IT skills – competent in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
