Are you a people-first leader with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for team development? We're looking for a Technical Team Manager to lead a high-performing support team of 11 engineers (1st to 3rd line, network, and infrastructure specialists) in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a diverse technical support team, focusing on performance, workflow, and development. Act as the key point of contact for escalations, customer interactions, and leadership reporting. Oversee service desk operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. Collaborate with software delivery teams on deployments and support. Drive continuous improvement through process documentation, automation, and reporting. Participate in change and release management, including CAB involvement.
