£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role This role is ideal for someone commercially aware, professional on the phone, and comfortable engaging with architects and decision-makers in the high-end residential market. The focus is on meaningful conversations that lead to genuine opportunitiesnot high-volume calling. The Role You will be responsible for developing a strong prospect base by contacting architectural practices, introducing our products, and generating interest in our services. The ultimate goal is to secure face-to-face meetings and create qualified project enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Contact architects and architectural practices to introduce the business Identify and reach the appropriate decision-makers Build rapport and establish professional relationships Generate and qualify new leads Accurately record and manage activity Support the wider team by maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales Confidence speaking with professionals and decision-makers Ability to navigate organisations and handle gatekeepers Professional, credible, and engaging telephone manner Strong communication and listening skills Excellent organisation and self-management Desirable: Experience within construction, architecture, or a related sector Interest in high-quality materials or design-led projects This is not an entry-level role. Our client is looking for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and deliver results. Working Arrangements Remote or home-based working available Initial training ideally conducted in South Petherton (flexibility for partial remote) Ongoing office attendance required periodically (e.g. twice per month) Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
