About the RoleAs a Telesales Executive, your primary focus will be lead generation, prospect qualification, and ensuring accurate database management. You will be responsible for:
Identifying and engaging decision-makers within prospective organisations. Generating high-quality and relevant sales appointments in line with targets Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Supporting sales personnel by providing insights and reporting on campaign performance. Following up on inbound leads and marketing activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
