We are recruiting a Telesales Executives to contact UK trades businesses and introduce them to a range of business growth opportunities, including:
Free sales leads
Membership-based services
Brand design and marketing support
Promotional and advertising opportunities
This is a B2B telephone sales role focused on professionally presenting services that offer clear, tangible value to trade professionals. When delivered correctly, this is a proposition that resonates strongly with the market.
Key Responsibilities
Contact trades businesses via outbound telephone calls
Professionally present free and paid business growth services
Explain lead generation, membership benefits, and promotional opportunities
Identify business needs and tailor conversations accordingly
Follow structured scripts and sales processes
Accurately log call outcomes and customer information
Work consistently towards individual and team performance targets
Candidate Profile
This role will suit individuals who are:
Professional, confident, and articulate on the phone

Reliable, punctual, and committed to personal performance
Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, customer service, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. Full training is provided.

Remuneration Structure
Tier 1 (Entry Level):
Basic salary: £350.00 net per week
Uncapped commission
Daily Cash Incentives
On-Target Earnings: approximately £36,000 per annum
Tier 2 (Post-Training / Performance Based):
Basic salary: £500.00 net per week
Uncapped commission
Daily Cash Incentives
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ per annum
Tier 3 (High Achievers)
Remuneration packages are individually tailored for consistently high-performing employees who demonstrate exceptional results and long-term value to the business.
Tier placement is determined following training completion and performance review.
