ROLE: Telesales ExecutiveLOCATION:Worcester (Office Based)THE COMPANY:Red Rock are working with a global manufacturer and supplier within the construction sector, who are looking to recruit a Telesales Executive.This is a family-run business with a strong culture centred around teamwork, integrity and innovation. With operations across Europe, The Americas and beyond, alongside international branches, the company is experiencing exciting growth and expansion.The successful candidate will join a collaborative sales team of around 2025 people, working closely with the Specification Team in a modern open-plan office environment.Working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based at the Worcester headquarters.BENEFITS:23 days holiday + bank holidaysPaid day off on your birthdayPrivate medical insuranceQuarterly profit-share bonus schemeBreakfast and refreshments providedEye care voucher schemeOn-site parkingDUTIES OF A TELESALES EXECUTIVE:Following up enquiries with architects and construction professionals by phonePromoting company products and services confidently to customersGenerating new business leads through outbound calls and prospectingBuilding and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clientsCoordinating meetings and ensuring relevant materials are preparedCompiling sales data and supporting reporting for the specification teamManaging diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointmentsPreparing reports, presentations and documentation for the teamScreening and responding to emails and telephone enquiriesMaintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer informationREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience in a Telesales Executive or Sales Support role is essential.A background in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and onboarding will be provided.This is a great opportunity for a motivated and confident individual looking to join a growing international business with strong progression potential and a collaborative team environment.Immediate interviews available, so please do not delay in applying.
