\nRate: £20 - £30 per hour (DOE)
\nHours: 15 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 1 hour morning availability required)

The Opportunity
\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a TEMP Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Part-Time) to support a fast-growing, founder-led technology business operating in a highly technical and innovative sector. Established in the early 2020s, the company has a small, collaborative team of approximately 30 people.
\n\nThe founder is seeking a capable, proactive TEMP Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Part-Time) to provide 50/50 business and personal support, including some personal support for their partner. This newly created TEMP Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Part-Time) role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, working autonomously, and becoming a trusted right-hand. For the right candidate, the TEMP Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Part-Time) position offers ongoing potential within a growing business.
\n\nThe Role
\n\nThis position requires availability every weekday morning to manage emails and priorities for approximately one hour. Outside of this, work can be completed flexibly unless otherwise specified.
\n\nThere may be a requirement to attend up to one day per week in person, working from a private residence in a well-connected Berkshire area.
\n\nResponsibilities:
\n\nBusiness Support
\n\n- \n\t
- Managing a busy inbox (approx. 30–50 emails per day), prioritising and drafting responses \n\t
- General administration and light financial admin \n\t
- Coordinating international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries \n\t
- Scheduling meetings and diary management \n\t
- Supporting internal events and team socials \n
Personal Support
\n\n- \n\t
- Holiday and travel planning \n\t
- Managing contractors and household-related research \n\t
- Personal shopping and ad hoc errands \n\t
- Booking and managing appointments (medical, veterinary, etc.) \n\t
- Managing personal accounts and household bills \n
About You
\n\n- \n\t
- Genuine, hard-working, honest, and upfront \n\t
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills \n\t
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently \n\t
- Previous experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or high-net-worth individual preferred \n\t
- Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented \n\t
- Confident guiding someone who is new to having EA/PA support \n
