A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Resettlement Team for a Project Officer (Service Improvement) to assist in the development and monitoring of information systems to support continuous improvement across the multidisciplinary Resettlement Service.
You will be responsible for obtaining and analysing performance data using internal and external management information systems against the Home Office Indicators of Integration. You will prepare reports and updates, as required by managers and funders, including details on performance indicators, trends and the outcomes achieved by families and young people supported by the Resettlement Team.
You must have experience of analysing and reporting data using spreadsheets and databases and practical experience of management information systems. This position is temporary until 31st March 2028.
