Temporary Receptionists Required!

£13-£15 per hour + holiday

London – various locations

We’re heading into our busiest time of year, as our clients need extra support to cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness. We’re looking for people who are interested in flexible, ad-hoc or ongoing temporary work to keep busy over the summer.

We’re after candidates who are friendly, approachable, and confident, with a great attitude towards customer service.

Flexibility is really important, as work can come in at short notice. Most shifts are Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, but we also have evening and weekend work available. We also run an out-of-hours service, so sometimes we get last-minute bookings from as early as 6am for same-day shifts.

We work with a wide range of clients, including law firms, banks, media companies, and multi-tenant buildings, so being open to different environments is key.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
\n\t
• Answering calls and putting them through
\n\t
• Booking meeting rooms
\n\t
• Issuing visitor passes
\n\t
• Checking meeting rooms and shared areas are clean and tidy
\n\t
• Making and serving tea and coffee
