Territory Sales Manager - Medical Devices This is a field based role, but you do need to be based in the UK. They unfortunately cannot provide Visa Sponsorship at this time. The Company A rapidly growing, independent medical device organisation is seeking a driven Business Development / Territory Sales Manager to join its collaborative team. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to healthcare professionals. The Role In this pivotal, hands‑on position, you’ll take full responsibility for your territory – managing your schedule, activities, and customer relationships. You will nurture and grow existing accounts, identify and win new business opportunities, and represent the company to clinical and procurement stakeholders across the region. Working as part of a close‑knit team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and develop the South East England territory while playing a key role in the business’s ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and wider hospital decision‑makers Prospect, identify, and convert new business opportunities into long‑term customers Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring a high standard of customer service Monitor and report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and territory progress Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor landscape, and NHS frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in field sales or business development within the medical device sector (ideally 2+ years) Strong understanding of the NHS and/or private healthcare market Confident, articulate communicator able to engage both clinical and commercial stakeholders Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously within a small team Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
