Business Development Executive North West England (Field-Based)Clinical Selection is partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation to appoint a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive new business opportunities across the territory Leverage and expand an existing network within healthcare settings Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals Proactively secure meetings with clinicians and healthcare professionals Deliver engaging product demonstrations in clinical environments Maintain and utilise CRM systems to support targeted sales activity Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends Develop in-depth product knowledge and articulate key value propositions Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities Gather and share market intelligence to support commercial strategy ? Requirements Proven experience selling into NHS environments, particularly with Tissue Viability Nurses (TVNs), Infection Control, Estates, and EBME teams Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at a clinical level Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and effectively Results-driven with a solid understanding of structured sales processes Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role Able to navigate busy clinical settings with demonstration equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel extensively across the North WestJBRP1_UKTJ
