Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional to drive the adoption and growth of our digital and clinical healthcare solutions across the NHS and wider healthcare sector.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to clinicians, engineers, and healthcare leaders, supporting the implementation of quality, regulatory, safety software and specialist clinical technologies across cardiology, maternity, resuscitation, and related care settings.
Blending solution expertise with territory ownership, you will champion innovative technologies that improve patient safety, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes while developing long-term customer partnerships across your region.
This is a field-based position, requiring regular travel to customer sites and industry events.
The ideal candidate will be located either in the West Midlands or in the Southwest of the UK.
Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert across our digital health software and clinical technology portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, including clinicians, EBME teams, quality/compliance leads, and procurement
Own and develop your territory through structured account planning and opportunity management
Identify, generate, and progress new business opportunities across hospitals, community settings, and care environments
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and training sessions tailored to clinical and technical audiences
Support customers throughout the full lifecycle, from initial engagement and needs assessment through implementation and ongoing support
Collaborate closely with field sales teams, manufacturers, and internal colleagues to execute product launches and growth initiatives
Provide clinical, technical, and commercial guidance to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
Gather and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Represent the organisation at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
Maintain knowledge of EHR systems, digital integrations, and connected technologies that enhance workflows and patient outcomes
Achieve agreed revenue and growth targets within your assigned region
Experience and Role Requirements
Experience working within the NHS or broader healthcare environment
Background in healthcare technology, digital health, medical devices, or quality/regulatory systems
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital operations
Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Consultative mindset with the ability to translate clinical needs into practical solutions
Comfortable balancing relationship building with commercial objectives
Experience delivering demonstrations, training, or solution-based presentations
Self‑motivated with strong territory and time management skills
Digitally confident and proactive in generating leads and opportunities
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
Full clean driving licence and valid right to work
