Develop detailed test plans covering configuration, integration, conversion, and end-to-end testing. Identify testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements aligned with project milestones. Establish test environment setup and data management strategies for PolicyCenter testing. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, GTF). Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
