Role Overview

As a TNC Lead Generation Executive at Hertz PCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our vehicle rental and Rent-to-Buy (R2B) offerings within the PCO (Private Hire) sector. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities-particularly targeting PCO-licensed drivers at strategic locations such as Green Light Hubs (GLH) and TNC (Transportation Network Company) partner sites.

You will be responsible for consistently generating high-quality leads and ensuring their timely delivery to our internal conversion team. Success in this role will rely on your ability to build relationships, recognize emerging market trends, and drive forward initiatives that increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Development
• Proactively engage with PCO-licensed drivers at TNC partner sites and Green Light Hubs to generate qualified leads for Hertz PCO rental and R2B services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor, track, and report on lead quality and conversion metrics to ensure lead-to-sale pipeline effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Lead Conversion Team to follow up on leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Outbound calls to existing database of drivers to convert to leads

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with drivers, TNC partner stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Act as the face of the Hertz PCO brand within the TNC ecosystem, offering support and guidance to potential and existing customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to driver queries or concerns, both in person and digitally.

Event & Brand Promotion
• Represent Hertz PCO at internal and external events, including open days, driver fairs, and TNC-hosted events.
• Ensure high visibility of Hertz PCO products and services through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and brand presence at key locations.
• Work with Marketing to align campaigns and deploy promotional materials at strategic customer touchpoints.

Market Insight & Business Development
• Gather and share competitor intelligence to support product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Identify emerging customer trends and behavioural insights to help adapt our offerings and maintain market competitiveness.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, retention, and driver satisfaction.

Administrative Duties
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on goals.

A Day in the Life Might Include
• Visiting a Green Light Hub to meet new PCO drivers and introduce them to Hertz PCO options.
• Gathering feedback from drivers to help tailor services.
• Liaising with the marketing team to coordinate an upcoming driver-focused event.
• Entering lead information into the CRM and reporting on the day's conversion performance.
• Providing support to a driver having questions about their contract or the vehicle rental process.

Key Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, or business development - ideally in automotive, rental, or mobility sectors. - Desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Commercially savvy with an ability to identify sales opportunities and act on them.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to attend events, work independently in the field, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong Sales Skills are essential
