The shift is a rotating shift Monday

- Service and maintain injection mould tooling to ensure smooth production
- Repair tooling following breakdowns
- Modify existing tooling as required
- Test machinery to ensure repairs and modifications are correctly completed
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to optimise tool performance Skills, Experience, and Education: Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and other departments.

Knowledge/Expertise:
- Experienced in the repair and servicing of plastic injection moulding tools up to 10T
- Proficient in bench hand skills, milling, turning, and grinding
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings xbpsjku
- Computer literate with solid attention to detail Innovation:
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in tooling processes
- Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Business Impact:
- Ensures minimal downtime in production through effective tool maintenance
- Contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing department Accountabilities:
- Ensuring timely completion of all tooling maintenance and repairs
- Leading by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
