Health and Wellbeing package. Monday to Friday. Fantastic hours. Excellent company culture. Enhanced training. Job Duties of the Tooling Engineer: Strip, clean, service, and reassemble complex tools. Inspect newly set machines configurations and approve handover to production. Identify tooling issues and collaborate with machinists and external vendors to develop cost-effective repair solutions. Communicate effectively with planning, production, and other departments to resolve issues within agreed timeframes. Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex tooling problems. Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a cross-functional team. Skills and Experience required for the Tooling Engineer: Previous experience Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline. Strong knowledge of materials and processes. Experience using lathes, milling machines, and other toolmaking/repair equipment. CAD/CAM experience (advantageous) Competent using a wide range of tools and handling equipment. High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety. Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.). Additional Information for the Tooling Engineer: Monday to Friday.
