Are you a passionate and driven Town Planner seeking an exciting new opportunity in a dynamic and growing environment? We are currently recruiting for a Town Planner to join a prestigious consultancy in the heart of Manchester.
As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services for a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, working alongside experienced professionals to help shape and transform communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert planning advice to clients on development proposals, planning policy, and strategy.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Undertake site assessments, research, and contribute to the preparation of planning reports.
Stay up to date with planning legislation, policies, and best practices.
Assist with the management and delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
The Ideal Candidate:
A degree in Town Planning or a related field (MRTPI qualified or working towards).
Experience in development planning and a sound understanding of planning legislation and policy.
