Responsibilities

As a Town Planner / Senior Planner, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and delivering planning applications, appraisals, and appeal submissions. Representing clients at committee meetings, appeals, and public consultations. Providing expert planning advice across sectors, including housing, commercial, energy, and heritage. Supporting junior team members and contributing to their professional development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
