Trade Sales Manager – Automotive Parts

Brentwood, Essex Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per year Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced B2B sales team, drive growth, and build long-term relationships with professional customers, including workshops, specialists, and performance garages. This role suits someone comfortable in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment with frequent outbound activity and strict margin control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the Trade Sales Team, monitoring performance and KPIs Drive daily sales to achieve monthly revenue targets Strengthen relationships with existing trade customers and onboard new ones Oversee outbound activity, quoting, account management, and margin control Ensure team adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and credit proceduresThe Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in Trade Sales, B2B Account Management, or Sales Management Background in automotive, aftermarket parts, industrial supply, wholesale, or similar trade-driven sectors Experience leading teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Strong commercial awareness — understands margins, pricing, stock flow, and processes Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to make quick decisions Comfortable with occasional weekend work for automotive events or car showsKey Skills:
