Trading Manager

Location: Hybrid (Flexible Working) Greater London
About the Role
Were looking for a commercially driven Trading Manager to play a hands-on role at the centre of day-to-day decision making. Youll take ownership of performance across a tour programme, working at a detailed, departure-by-departure level to optimise yield, margin, and overall results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage trading performance and optimise yield and margin
Support pricing, campaigns, and go/no-go decisions
Contribute to weekly sales and trading forums
Act as an escalation point for Sales and Trade teams
Work closely with Product and Inventory to manage availability
What Were Looking For
Experience in travel trading, revenue, or yield management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confident using performance metrics (rate of sale, load factor, margin)
Advanced Excel skills (BI/pricing tools a plus)
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
