pay Trainee: £13.85 per hour Qualified Rate (Year 1): £16.23 (Mon-Fri basic) up to £20.75 on weekends After 3 years: Up to £20.12 an hour basic, up to £23.81 an hour weekends/Overtime. Current PCV Holders: Start on £17.51 to £20.12 an hour, depending on experience.
