About the Role In this account management-focused position, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of innovative US-based startups. This is not a cold business development role. Key Responsibilities: Partner with AI and technology startups across the United States

Support clients through the hiring and placement process

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Work closely with candidates and hiring teams to deliver high-quality talent

Whats on Offer: Open to graduates or candidates with up to 2 years experience

Comprehensive training and development provided

Account management-focused role

Average fee value around £45,000

Up to 30% commission in the top earnings bracket

Central Manchester office with hybrid working

Early evening work a few days per week to align with US clients
