£30k base salary with on target earnings of £55k in year 1!
2 days WFH per week, which is increased to 3 after your first promotion

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Job Posting : Advertise job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
Candidate Sourcing : Search for potential candidates using databases, social media platforms, and referrals.
Resume Screening : Review and filter applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
I nitial Communication : Contact shortlisted candidates via email or phone for further evaluation.
Interview Scheduling : Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct Interviews : Participate in or conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Candidate Assessment : Evaluate candidate fit based on interviews, tests, or feedback.
Offer Negotiation : Discuss salary, benefits, and other employment terms with successful candidates.
Onboarding Coordination : Facilitate the new hire's onboarding process by preparing the necessary paperwork.
Tracking and Reporting : Maintain recruitment metrics, track progress, and report to management.
Follow-ups : Keep candidates informed of their status throughout the process.
The ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated (ideally 2:1 or above) or relevant sales experience
Confident and commercially minded - looking for someone to hit the ground running
Competitive - a desire to be on top. A background in a competitive hobby/sport is desirable
