The Profile We Want to Speak To: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
Achieved minimum BBB at A-levels
Sports background 1 st or 2 nd teams
Financially driven motivated by targets and commission
A hard worker who will push themselves
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
27k base salary with an increase to 32k within 6 months
40% commission structure on top of base
Fast progression gain a promotion in a half a year
3000 given initially to help move over
OTE in year 1 = 50k, year 2 = 80k+
Holiday incentives 2x a year Thailand, Mallorca and Ibiza
One-on-one training from the Managing Directors
Half days on Fridays
28 days holiday + 10 day office closure at Christmas
Early finish on Thursdays for a few drinks with the team

Cold calling, advertising, networking and market mapping
Organising interviews and being the middleman
