Become a specialist within the Financial Services, specifically Investment Banking and Hedge Funds
Headhunting, cold calling, networking
Business development source clients to work with
Negotiate terms and deals with them
Find strong professionals to join your clients company
Make deals, get commission and reward yourself!!

28k base with an increase to 30k after promotion
OTE Year 1 = 50k
