The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to recruit for highly skilled technology professionals, partnering with innovative businesses across Europe. Youll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing a deep understanding of your market.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting German-speaking tech professionals across the European market

Building relationships with candidates and clients within niche tech sectors

Sourcing candidates through various methods of outreach & techniques

Managing interview processes, feedback and offers

Developing market knowledge within fast-moving tech environments

Training & Career Progression Our client offers a structured training programme designed to turn trainees into high-performing consultants, covering:
Recruitment fundamentals and market mapping

Sales, negotiation and account management

Technology market knowledge

Ongoing coaching from high-performing senior consultants

Progression is merit-based, with clear pathways to Consultant and Senior Consultant levels.
