Sourcing and engaging software engineering talent Building long‑term relationships with candidates and clients Managing full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to job offer Winning new business and developing client accounts Networking and attending industry events Developing expert knowledge of the international tech market Collaborating within a high‑performance recruitment team Developing business development skills through calls, meetings, and written communication

Qualifications

A degree (or equivalent) in any discipline OR relevant experience in recruitment, sales, lettings, or customer‑facing roles Strong communication and organisational skills High levels of motivation, ambition, and resilience A genuine interest in technology and recruitment Willingness to learn, develop, and work towards clear career goals Alignment with company values: partnership, energy, and expertise
