The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant , you will manage the full recruitment process while developing deep expertise within a specialist tech market. Youll work with high-growth technology companies across the US, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates through professional networking platforms

Managing candidates and clients through the end-to-end hiring process

Hitting targets in a high-energy, sales-driven environment

Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
