About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Understanding client requirements and sourcing high-quality talent
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
To complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
To create and managed adverts
To complete the onboarding of new workers
To support either temporary and permanent recruitment needs
To complete high volumes of administration
To support with marketing
Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
Working towards realistic KPIs and targets About You No prior recruitment experience is required — full training is provided.
