As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from day one and supported by experienced consultants to build your own desk within the education sector.
You’ll learn how to: + Recruit and place education professionals into schools + Build relationships with schools and candidates + Manage interviews, compliance, and placements + Develop a strong understanding of the education recruitment market + Progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role within your first 6 months
