The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Sourcing and headhunting technology professionals
Screening CVs and writing job adverts
Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
Negotiating and closing job offers
About You Graduate or graduate-calibre (degree preferred, not essential)
Ambitious, driven and target-focused
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Organised, resilient and commercially aware
Interest in technology or previous sales experience is beneficial
Whats on Offer £28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40k+ year one)
