Recruitment Support/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant Hours: 35hours per week Location: Belfast office-based / hybrid Contract: Permanent Salary: £22,386-£25,000per annum + commission We are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle Sourcing, screening and registering candidates Filling urgent and high-volume bookings Building and maintaining client relationships Handling compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding Managing timesheets and candidate queries Matching candidates to suitable roles quickly and efficiently Essential Skills: Previous recruitment experience (agency preferred) Strong communication and people skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Desirable: Experience in temp recruitment Why Join Us?
