As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our UK New Business team.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet research). Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed. Driven by results and motivated by targets or goals. Comfortable speaking with new people (face-to-face or on the phone)

Key Things You'll Learn:

How to match the right candidate to the right role. Interviewing and screening techniques. How to handle objections, rejections and negotiations. Sales and pipeline management. Client relationship building.
