Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (OTE) + Commission (10%–60%) Start Date: September 2025

The Opportunity Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You'll work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA.
Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture
Progression Path First 6 months: Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role) Post-6 months: Choose your path: Continue within the Data Centres vertical Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role Long-term growth may include leadership and equity
