Since launching just 1.5 years ago, we’ve already generated 7-figures in GP and secured global accounts with some of the most exciting names in the industry. With strong foundations and ambitious growth plans, we’re now looking to expand our team with a highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Recruitment isn’t an easy ride, with it requiring a high degree of resilience and a strong work ethic, so if you’re looking for a regular 9-5, please do not apply. This is an opportunity for our UK office. However, 90% of our clients are in the United States, so we operate a slightly shifted workday to better accommodate the timezone: 10 AM – 7 PM Monday to Thursday, with 5 PM finishes on Friday!

Ensuring your candidate sourcing and screening process is razor-sharp before looking to progress you to a fully-fledged Consultant role. What are we looking for at Ovise? Entry-level sales, recruitment or entrepreneurial experience. Strong communicator with excellent written English. Highly ambitious, motivated and driven to succeed. Examples where you’ve had to show a high degree of resilience. Examples of entrepreneurship or sporting achievements.
