Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, working closely with qualified teachers and therapists.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
• Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Support students with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to foster a cohesive and collaborative community.
• Contribute to the spiritual and emotional development of students within the framework of the Catholic ethos.
