Your Day-to-Day: Generating new business through proactive outreach
Sourcing and engaging skilled tech candidates
Screening CVs and running candidate interviews
Managing negotiations, offers, and placements
Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
What Were Looking For: 6+ months in a sales or target-driven role
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
Highly organised and comfortable working at pace
An interest in technology is beneficial but not essential
